Roasted a hundred yards from the oyster beds.

We took over a disused net loft on the harbour in 2017 and put a 12kg Probat in it. The sea air does nothing for the beans but a lot for the people roasting them. We lean towards naturals and honeys, and we are not shy about fruit.
