Small-batch roasting from a railway arch in SE18.

Vendum started as one roaster, one drum and a stall at Plumstead Community Market. The idea was simple: roast on a Thursday, sell on a Saturday, and never let a bag sit on a shelf. Most of what we roast is washed Central American and Ethiopian lots, roasted to be forgiving in a home espresso machine and bright in a V60.
